AI Web Fullstack Developer
You will build and launch production-ready web projects end-to-end. Founder and developer work in one delivery loop with shared ownership and direct code reviews.
What You Will Do
- Build lead and company websites quickly with clean architecture and clear conversion goals.
- Own delivery from brief to launch, including QA, deployment and post-launch fixes.
- Set up GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity and basic measurement events on every project.
- Collaborate directly with founder in short review cycles focused on speed and quality.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong frontend + backend fundamentals, practical fullstack execution.
- Experience shipping modern websites in production, not only prototypes.
- Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals and page performance.
- Responsibility mindset: deadlines, communication and independent execution.
Stack + Tools
- Astro, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, React/Next.js where needed.
- Netlify, Cloudflare, GitHub workflow, structured QA before release.
- GA4, GTM, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity.
- Codex + Claude workflows for faster implementation and debugging.
